• Shop Name
• Contact Name and email address
• Shipping Address
• Quantity and Title of Pattern

I will send you an invoice with wholesale pricing. The invoice can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal.

Minimum order for wholesale: 3 patterns

Wholesale orders ship free in the US via the US Postal Service.
