Materials Needed:

pattern on sheet 2

6″ x  3″ piece of linen or cotton (neutral color) for the face

11″ x 4″ piece of deep-pile polar fleece (cream or white) for the belly

Scrap of black felt for the nose

1 pair of plastic safety eyes

Black embroidery floss

embroidery needle

Fiberfill

5/8″ ribbon (optional)

Pinking shears (optional)

Ball of string

2 kite sticks (wooden dowels), approximately 24″ long

1 or more felt squares

small piece of cardboard

1 yard of 7/8″ ribbon/ braid

1/2 yard of 3/8″ ribbon

    The little peg bears are adorable! Love your site and your store. Always interesting! Would love to win the fat qtrs and use them along with colorful scraps to make a quilt for charity or some “Little dresses for Africa” using some piecing for variety! Here’s hoping!

    Hi, I designed the kite pattern with my kids and it has always worked for us! We have a great hill that we can fly them from so fingers crossed that yours works! Cant wait to find out!
