Materials Needed:

Pattern on sheet #2

1 package of 1/2″ single-fold Bias tape

2 yards of 1/4″ elastic

1 1/2 yards of trim for the bottom edge (optional)

    I am working on that dress right now. :) Debating whether or not to add the elastic to the waist. I may have to do a fitting on my niece before I can really make a decision. Can’t wait to see how yours turns out!

    I’m curious to see how these bold prints will look on clothing for little girls. Because I trust your fabric sense (far more than my own) I suspect they will be marvelous. Bring it on!

    I don’t know if it’s me or what, but I have this book and all 4 pattern sheets and I can’t for the life of me find the ballet neck pattern on sheet 2! I’ve gone through the thing 3 times. Maybe my eyes are blocking it out or something…
