Denyse Schmidt Greenfield Hill

Greenfield Hill by Denyse Schmidt. We’ve got the complete collection in yardage and FQ sets. The voiles arrived today. Spectacular!

Sarah Fielke Little Things

Little Things by Sarah Fielke for Lecien. Many of us are familiar with Sarah’s popular Material Obsession quilt books. Little Things is the first fabric collection by this very talented Australian designer.  I LOVE how you can pick any two fabrics in this entire collection and they go together perfectly.

The new Denyse Schmidt are so freshly sophisticated. I’ve been collecting large scale bright prints for awhile, so hers are a nice departure.

Being that I finally had time to park and surf through the Pink Chalk site. I was looking at the wavy seams tutorial and I love… L O V E it.
I have never bought or worked with fat quarters… I have no idea what their dimensions are or anything. I admire the pretty colors when I am out shopping at local fabric shops, but have had no idea what to do with them… Wavy!
I may just have to find out more about the fat quarters and perhaps buy a little packet of them… :)

So what is the difference between a jelly roll and a fat quarter… seems there is another “package” type with a cute name too… hmmm

Well, I am glad I stopped in… I will be back soon!
    Happy holidays to all!
    Robbie

I grew up on Bainbridge Island, made your Christmas mats pattern from last year this year, am happy to discover your on-line store.
I should be putting the binding on an “ice cream cone” border on a customer’s antique quilt, but this is much more fun. If i can figure out how, I’ll send a photo of it.
