Congratulations to Rebecca of Our Busy Little Bunch. I swear these contests are sprinkled with a bit of kismet. When I clicked over to Rebecca’s blog I totally flipped out at the adorable picture of her 4 children including 3 little girls that could have modeled for the book. I’m certain this awesome prize package is going to just the right home. Woohoo for Rebecca and her beautiful family!

I’m headed to Houston on Thursday to attend Quilt Market. I cut out a new Mail Sack at work this morning. Whether I’ll get it sewn tonight is another thing. I’m still carrying Version 1.0 of the Mail Sack so yes, I definitely need a new model. I’d like to say I will blog from the road but that never seems to happen. And well, that Twitter thing, I just never got it. I promise to bring back lots of exciting photos of coming attractions along with whatever vendor booty I can get my hands for giveaway.
Have a fabulous week and see you next week!

Don’t worry Kathy… I don’t get the Twitter thing either.. I am being dragged into the 21st century and only just starting to twig Facebook (.. a bit… mmm…). Thanks for the market reports on all the fabric. Just love echino! Glad they have more of last years favourites in the new collection.
Hope you had lots of fun!
Don’t you just love the fun things being done on selvages these days? Really cute. Kathie L in Allentown
Sounds like Market is so much fun. Hope you post lots of pics.
I was able to go to Portland Market one year thanks to my Auntie who was then Editor of Quiltmaker Magazine. The experience gave me “Houston desire”…oh how I would love to see the colors!

You and others are so fortunate to meet my absolute favorite designer. Her fabric makes me quiver inside. I have made some items but it’s not the same as sitting on the floor and just enjoying the beauty of this art. To win her signed book would be a treasure. Thank you.
I forgot to say that Amy Butler is my favorite!
How could I forget to say Amy Butler!!
Very anxious to see whats new from the Market!
I would love to win the new Amy Butler sewing book. This month is my birthday and the book is on my list! So happy for you to go to the Quilt Market. I am green with envy that you will see Amy’s new line – Soul Blossoms.
