Fat Quarter Tuesday Weekly Giveaway – Alexander Henry Fulham Road Cotton Lawn

Alexander Henry can lay claim to quite a few classic fabric designs. Prints that we recognize and fall in love with for all time. Fortunately they will sometimes reprint a popular design as well as make it available on new base cloths. Pretty amazing for this industry and a testament to their talent for good, timeless design.

Mocca is one such print. I have this fabric in a quilting cotton and home dec canvas. Today we received Mocca printed on the Fulham Road Cotton Lawn base cloth. The Red colorway is my all time fav. We’ve put together a FQ sampler set of all 4 Mocca prints.

And when we started thinking about how much we LOVE the Fulham Road Cotton Lawn we went ahead and put together a fresh set of 6 prints from the debut collection of designs. This would make a fabulous winter season scarf!

These fabrics are beautiful. I especially love the second set of fabrics. Butterflies and flowers remind me of summer which is slowly arriving in New Zealand.

I’m actually curious if these are american made fabrics? I have been fascinated since living in germany of all the types of fabric lines they have. And I really have no clue what is in the U.S. It looks similar to some I have seen here, but not sure if I have just seen it on your site? Either way they are a gorgeous print! I am thinking of making my oldest a quilt for graduation and these would be great!

I like your idea of selecting winners from those who opened your newsletter. How did you decide to do this? I ask because while I have 100 people who have subscribed, less than half have opened the last two newsletters. I’d love to pick your brain on this!
