Last day of school for us before the holiday break. I’m making Pigs in a Blanket for Leil’s party this afternoon. It’s also PJ day. Too cute. I did another literature group for her class yesterday (Invitation to the Game, I did Tangerine last month). I’m always blown away by the amazing insight of 11 year olds. I’m savoring every bit of 6th grade. Starting next year, parent involvement at school will dwindle to nothing (of course, it goes into overdrive on the home front!).
