Two women with a vision. Cloud9 Fabrics co-founders Michelle Engel Bencsko and Gina Pantastico surrounded by My Happy Garden, their debut collection of organic fabrics.

What a pleasure it was to meet both Michelle and Gina for the first time. Both joyful and excited to be designing and manufacturing their own line. No easy feat by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, it boggles my mind what it would take to do what they’re doing. I wish them tremendous success as they blaze this trail. It definitely helps that their second collection due next spring is just as fabulous as the first!

Thank you so much for taking all the time to post pictures of the Houston Quilt Market! I have been trying to figure out a way to get in as I am not a vender. I just want to see all the beautiful displays. I have a friend that works in the convention center but so far – no dice!

I came across your name and blog via Mary Lou Weidman’s blog where she mentions you. I love Mary Lou (I had the good fortune to be in one of her classes here in South Carolina) and her very positive, creative outlook on life and quilting. So I just had to peek at your blog since she says she is one of your fans. I love it! And those fabrics are to die for! Such fresh, clean prints, so beautifully done! Love the colors used. I’ll be checking out your blog from now on. Great talent!
The book looks fabulous, I’d love to win this one!! The fabrics are beyond gorgeous, so colorful and happy to look at. I rarely win anything but I have my fingers crossed on this giveaway!
