Sometimes a girl just needs a new wristlet. I promptly went home and stuffed this with car keys, my license and a tube of lipstick then headed over to work my shift at the 8th Grade Banquet last Saturday.

The thing I love most about local craft fairs is meeting the maker. Michelle of y.t. lou was such a sweetheart. Look at the detail on her tag! Hand embroidered. I smiled every time I unzipped the pouch. And she’s a very smart crafter too, look at the quality of the lining fabric, her mix of textures and the added detail of some ornamental stitching on the outside. Definitely sold me.

Couldn’t resist this tiny little penguin.

That hand embroidered tag is terrific. Happy weekend to you!
I love the wristlet! Such a cute, and wearable accessory.. and then there’s a super fun print inside to make you smile
Very cute wristlet! The tag would make me smile too…you can’t beat those kind of details!
We have the same taste! I bought a wristlet from her too and I as well was admiring her tags
Yay, I love your little penguin. I am thinking there should be more penguins and less owls. I like owls, but bring on the penguin revival!
Wow! A person who puts that much love into her tag really loves what she’s doing! Awesome!
Hi –
Where did you find that little penguin? I have to have one! When I was in High School/College I worked at Sea World in San Diego with the penguins. This little guy brings back memories of feeding those little guys.
Pam: The penguin was from y.t. lou designs too, you can see her Etsy shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5850369
