I love your blog and look here all of the time… I saw this recipe the other day and thought YUMMY! I told my hubby about it and said we should try it. We love to try new recipes together. Well our baby girl came down with her first sickness after my trip to the grocery store… she is 14 months… It was a bad couple of days but I had already bought everything before she got sick. So while I was in bed holding said sick child, my hubby made this for me. It was so delicious. We have already made it again – together this time. We have decided that it is our secret recipe… something we can make together that is easy but very PF Changs-y. (we love their food but don’t have one close to our house) So thanks for the recipe.
And sorry for the long story. Oh and the baby girl is feeling much better now.

I tried this tonight and it was wonderful. I added peas but made some notes to double next time so I have left overs, it was all gone so quickly. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Thanks for the recipe! My son loves Asian food, but we rarely get take-out due to our daughter’s allergy to nuts. He raved about this dish when I made it for dinner, and he had three helpings! This is sure to become a regular menu item.
