Open and Shut
Nov 20th, 2008 by Kathy

11/21/08: Congratulations to Cara, comment #97! She chose my favorite one. Now off to the show!
Thoughts I had while taking pictures:
- I LOVE how the big prints have a fabulous random pattern thing going on when closed.
- Definitely need to keep one of the black & white ones for myself.
- I REALLY hope the snaps hold up.
- Looking for comparative items on Etsy for pricing assistance is a really bad idea. No, I don’t think I’ll be selling them at $5 each.
- If you ever hear that I broke my neck falling off a ladder you’ll know what I was doing.
Pick your favorite and tell me why. I’ll pick one winner at 9:00 AM tomorrow morning before I leave for the craft show.

I just love the one made with Denyse Schmidt patchwork fabric. They all look so perfect. And I agree… 5$ is not enough!!
My favorite is the green and aqua one because those are my favorite colors.
I LOVE the red and pink ones to the left. All of them are so cute! Good luck at the craft show. I know you’ll do fantastic!
I love the orange with the blue/teal flowers! I just adore the combination of colors!
My favorite is the yellow flower one with the blue middle. I think it just suits my color scheme.
i like the blue ones, I believe that’s some japanese fabric, and I REALLY love japanese fabric.
my fave is the top left one in the first picture. is that amy butler print? That’s the one I like. The colors are bold but the print is simple and the inside print is really my style.
How much did you end up deciding to sell them for?
I paid $8 for one on etsy. I’d probably pay around $10 for a well-made item.
my favorite is the orangey ones with the balloon type design in the bottom of the 2nd picture. I guess that making that decision made me more aware that I am anal retentive about designs matching.
Good luck they are all cute.
I’m in love with the lone green one, the colors are devine and match my plans for my new home decor project.
Good Luck with the snaps,
Stacy
My favorite is the orange with the gray pods with the dotted lining. I think it’s so loud and bright and yet so subdued at the same time. I guess the pattern is pretty calm, but the colors are fantastic.
Nice work. I love the orange one with the grey flowers on it, it is the only one in that fabric, very cute.
I just love the one with the poppies on it. We’re the only state to be able to _legally_ grow the plants. They’re in full bloom at the moment- lovely soft grey/blue fields of them all over Tasmania and waving in the wind as I type!
I love all of them - your color and pattern choices are fantastic. But if I had to pick one, I’d say my favorite is the pink/green/aqua flora one. Great job!
Are you kidding? Japanese sheep!
I love the red and pink ones, because I love that color combo! They all look so beautiful! Good luck with your craft fair!
I like them all, but I think the B&W ones are my favorites - the insides seem like such a surprise!
Oh, they are all so cute! I think my favorite is the fabric with the black background and big, colorful flowers on the right in the second
picture.
hands down, the black & white ones. just so cute.
Top photo, right side…red/pink outside with that bold floral/stripe interior. I like it because the inside is so bold…a nice suprise contrast!
Pricing is the worst part of doing craft fairs. But your sewing is impeccable, so if you’re wavering between two points, go a little higher.
I like the Denyse Schmidt Patchwork ones, but they’re all beautiful.
Here’s to a successful craft show and a fun time!
My favorite would have to be the one positioned a bit off-cenetered that is mostly polka dots on the right hand side and then has a strip of blue and strip of black on the left. The part I love most about this wonderful little pocket purse is that the top flap has a retangular shape in it that seems to be trying to break out of the curved edge! It’s conflicted- all of these great curved edges and shapes surrounding the square is great! Also it reminds me of some great pants with polka dot patches I wore all the time in elemntary school. Do not sell your work short- worth way more than $5.
I love the green and blue one. Green is my favorite color!
SHEEEEEEEEP!
One can never have enough sheep - especially when they are cute and fuzzy and on the sweetest blue…
my etsy shop is fuzzysheepcrafts, my blog is fuzzysheepknits, my dog is a fuzzysheep…
I *need* those sheep!
The red dots/green flowers on the outside, the pink vine type things on the inside. I love how all the prints work together, it’d be a perfect gift for my sister!
The orange one on the top left. I don’t know why…it just jumped out at me!!! Good luck..they all look great!
I love the red one in the middle, with the drawing room fabric on the outside and the garden party fabric on the inside. I love this one more than others because it matches the patchwork messenger bag I am making, and yes, I still like matchy things. Thanks!
WOW - LOVE all the colours!
My favourite is the one just touching the bottom of the black & white ones in the second photo.
I keep staring at all of them. I think the polka dots are staring back. They just really “pop” out at me, so it has to be my fav.
The large mustard-and-crimson colored floral print (with the turquoise centers) is my favorite because the lining is such a sweet surprise. Individually and in collection, these are just darling.
the red and pink are my favorite! Awesome idea!!!! Good luck
I do so hope that your “fair” goes well and is profitable! Candy had some good/interesting advice. I love the dots with the pink DS fab inside! Thank You!!!
i only get to pick one favorite?
i’m loving all of them… the black & white especially, as well as the black & white with pink. wonderful fabrics!
My favorite would have to be the blue ones that look like they are made with a Japanese (?) fabric. I just love that color blue, and with the red dots on the inside? SO great!
That’s a hard decision. I like several of them, but if I had to choose, I would pick the ones made with the large scale red and pink print. Hope all goes well for you at the craft show, wish I could come.
the orange one at the top left of the first pic is my favourite piece! but all the fabrics are gorgeous! i need to buy more fabric!
also, ‘I REALLY hope the snaps hold up’ is my favourite thought because thats what i think every time i use snaps in anything i make!
Those are too cute! I love the ones with the large black floral print. Best of luck at the craft show!
They are a beautiful group! My fave would be the orange one with the gray balloony things.
Best of luck at the show!
Jeanie
Holy Cats! Those are so cute… $5 not enuf by any stretch tho they’d probably fly off the table! I like the pale orange/green/yellow flowery looking one…
Great job! Have a fun time!
So cute! I love the red and pink poke-a-dot one with the pink small print on the inside. Good luck tomarrow!
I like them all, but the one Pink Amy Butler one in the bottom right hand corner of the “closed” pouches is my favorite. Have a great time at the craft show. I just finished quilting my quilt from the kit I got in your shop. It has been such a fun project. I can’t wait to bind it this weekend and put in your flickr group. I think my mom will like it for her 60th birthday.
Definitely the green one, just ’cause I’m a green kind of girl. They all look great, though!
Fantastic! I did just see those little wallets on someone’s etsy for $6.00. I thought I wouldn’t make and sell them for just that! Definitely more. I love the blue Japanese print with the sheep, because I’ve been wanting that fabric from your store but couldn’t think what to do with it. Now I know! — Michele
I love the one at the top just to the left of the black and white ones, in the second picture. Gorgeous colors - love the green, coral and aqua. Also the pattern is just beautiful, with the big flowers. So fun!
My favourite is the green and aqua one, second from the top, in the center. Love the contrast between the inside and outside. They are all beautiful!
Lorrie
I’d love one of the little red ones on the bottom. I cannot get away with wearing red, but think this would be lovely in my purse.
They are all SO cute! My favorite though, is the multi colored one on the far right in the picture with the flaps closed. It has sort of a strip across the flap.
Thanks!
Mariah
I love the coral and blue one with the polka dots inside. I really like the colors and the bold graphic print in addition to the simplistic form of the pattern.
Stripe, I mean stripe, not strip!
I really like the black & white too!! but Ana MAria Horner fabric is my most favorite one
I love the lone green one as well. I think it’s Amy Butler fabric?
I think I would take those sheep to bed with me.
Black and white, for sure. I’m pretty sure I’m goth at heart.
I love the ones with the chocolate brown background and large mulitcolored flowers. I have a curtain in my craft room made of the same fabric and whenever anyone comes into the room they always say that the fabric “looks just like you!”
I’m a big fan of the black and white ones as well. I love that they are simple, classic, and can still have a fun print on the inside.
I love the orange one with the poppy seed pod flower. Is that an Amy Butler fabric? Please don’t fall off the ladder!
That orange one is fantastic! I’ve been eyeing that fabric for a long time. It reminds of those cartoon bubbles with dialog hanging over all the heads. Good luck on your craft bazaar! I’m sure you’ll do great.
I love the two brown flowered ones that are just above the orange one on the lower right….very pretty fabric. Actually, they are all great. I love how when you mouse over some of them on the pic, it says, “Shut”.
Good luck at the craft show!
OK I am loving the one in the top photo, red and black outside, red and pink inside. But each one is lovely - couldn’t go wrong with any of them!
The SHEEP! We have sheep (plus I knit) so I kind of like to scoop up anything sheepy that comes my way!
The orange one is my fave! (in the top picture, top on left - in the bottom picture, bottom on right)
the pattern reminds me slightly of the Jetsons - you know, when They lived in those little atmospheric bubbles on top of a stick that jutted way up into the sky?
Plus orange is just cool.
But I agree that you should charge more than $5 and keep one of the black and white ones for yourself!
Cutie, cute cute! You’ll do great at the craft Fair!
My fave is the orange one at the bottom right in the second photo. I just love that pod flower fabric.
Have a great weekend!
I love the Denise Schmidt patchwork one because, really, can you have too much patchwork? They are all adorable though. I am also digging on the pink and red ones!
Oohhh, lovin’ anything with Denyse Schmidt on it. I would give those snaps a good workout for you. Are these business card size? They look perfect!
i like the black and white one. no, definitely not $5. i sell mine anywhere from $8 - $10 depending on the craft show location. i don’t post mine on etsy because of the $5 pouches they have. good luck!
Totally agree about looking at prices on Etsy - can be quite depressing sometimes. Love that bottom orange one.
I love the ones with the large floral on a dark background with the Pez fabric lining. I guess I just like this print and the colors. What I love about all of these is that you used fun fabrics for the linings, rather than something cheaper or a solid. I love something wonderful and unexpected on the inside, where only the user sees it.
Ooh, so many choices, but the green one with aqua appeals to me most. I don’t know if it’s more the colours or the pattern, but it just works for me!
I love the green and aqua one. Love the colors. These are lovely!
Those are great. I think the pink and red dots on the edge is my favorite. I don’t know why, the colors and patterns are just fun.
I love the black and red one with the large pink and red flower on the inside. It looks like a sunrise!!
Andi
I like the black and white, because I like things to be a bit ‘understated’ but yet striking.
Love them all! My favorites would be the red poppy flowers ones toward the bottom of the second picture (Alexander Henry, right?).
I love the orange one on the lower right corner! It has a retro look that I love. They’re gorgeous.
Very cute! I really like the red and pink polka dot! Love it!
Wonderful Kathy! I love the brown and floral one (there is actually two in your pic). I absolutely love that Anna Maria Horner pattern - and it’s getting harder to find!
I love the ones with the Denyse Schmidt cheater cloth. Why? Because I adore patchwork!
One favorite? Hmm. The Anna Maria Horner print - ivory background with tan and the magenta/turquoise interior. They’re all totally fun!
Couldn’t even. One fabric combination is better than the next. Great size for carrying toll money in the car so you don’t have to dig through the ash tray, cup holder and council and try to count quarters while driving.
I love the orangey/grey Amy Butler because I love Amy Butler. I can spot her fabric anywhere…like finding misspellings in the newspaper. They just jump out at me.
Pick ONE? I love the blue, on the left, with flowers? Sheep? Am I a total rube for not knowing the designer off hand? :o) Good luck at the craft fair!
Choose only one? Amy, apologies, but I will have to say the Denyse Schmidt Country Fair. With only a small amount of fabric you get to enjoy a number of different prints!
Oh wow, those are adorable!!! I love the red and pink one. The colors on the inside are bright and way cute.
Since I don’t see the fabrics on the bolt I can’t tell who the designers are. *blushes* I recognize lots of Amy Butler in there though!
And I agree - $5 is not enough.
Just one favorite? Ok since you twisted my arm. I love the “cheater” quilt block ones! I love how each one is a little different due to their placement.
I love the orange one because it is just such a fun pattern!
3rd from the bottom on the right- with the pink Denise Schmidt fabric. One of my favorite fabrics and the first quilting fabric I bought.
Oh, the chocolate/pink/ivory leafy one. Sooo delish. Reminds me of ice cream. What fabric is that?
I love all of them. THe black and white are pretty cool looking.
How much are you going to charge for them?
Oh, I really love the blue ones on the left! So cute, bright, and BLUE! Very happy!
In the top photo, the bottom two with the red and black and white. Becuase my aunt loves those three colors and I got her addicted to your site!
I really love the orange one, but I always like orange. Still, I like the print anyway - orange or not.
I love the one that’s black and white on the outside and red and cream on the inside (with a house). It is so unexpected!!! I would have never guess that a house would be on the inside.
I love the red and pink ones. I also think you should make this into a tutorial some day in the future after you sell a bunch.
(hint hint) You could even sell the tutorial/pattern.
Oooh, I love the black and white ones because when I pull it out to hand someone a business card, the gorgeous case reflects sophistication, maturity - in a VERY hip way, and a glimmer into my support and passion for handmade indy designers, stunning fabrics, and the eco-consciousness that handmade embodies.
I adore the red with lime green and blue. I feel so happy when I see that color combination. I’d like to see the interior as, I love your combinations. There is something unpredictable and rather whimsical about your pouches. Just gorgeous!
Oh definitely the pink, black, and white! I don’t know why but that combination seems very Parisian to me. Since I am going through a serious case of wanderlust right now everything reminds me of a European city.
It’s hard to pick, they are all so beautiful, you have the greatest taste for fabrics. I like that green one, I love geometrical fabrics and that one is pretty inside out.
I love the black with the red, tan and teal flower pattern. It really pops and would look elegant when you pulled it out of your purse. (I love the playful or the kitschy, but then I’m somewhere in my professional life and…)
I really like them all but I think that ultimately the black and white, with a little bit of pink (bottom left corner in one of the shots) is my favorite. I also like your wood floors, they are very similar to mine - pretty!
I love the blue ones that look like they have a cute japanesey (I made that up) print. $5 is definitely not enough!
I love the 3 at the very top of the 1st picture! My favorite is probably the blue/green one in the middle of those 3.
Hi Kathy, I already have a PCS original mini, so no need to sign me up for your giveaway this time. However, if I got to choose another, *wink* I think I’m in love with that Sheep Farm print. So cute. Now, hurry, get off the ladder! And have fun!
Oh, wow. These are fantastic! I love the sage green one near the top — reminds me of Tiffany and art deco french posters. Or the peach one with the flowers next to it. They’re all so gorgeous! $5 is WAY too little, too!
black and white ones, definitely. though they all look great. :0) good luck! and $10 seems right, considering the fabric, the design(that curved edge is not always easy to get right every time), the impeccable work.
I love the black and white one! I like to have colorful purses, but all of the little purses I keep inside my big purse are all black or black and white.
What a great giveaway!
Also, I just placed my first order with you and I couldn’t believe how fast the shipping was! I cant wait to order again.
I love the black and white one because b&w is classic. Always in style. Great job by the way….to cute!
hmmmmm … love them all, but the one that called my attention immediately is the one with flowers drawn with a single brown line on a white background, with dabs of goldenrod and a turquoise flower center … it sits just below the black/white ones in the bottom picture. it reminds me of a wonderful children’s book entitled “everybody needs a rock”.
lOvE the oRaNgE one at the top left. I have been wanting that fabric now for so long. Five bucks is a very fair price;)
I agree that $5 is not enough! I like the one in the bottom picture, middle, just to the left of the black & white ones at the top… kind of a gold, white, burgundy and blue. I don’t know why I like it best - the randomness of it I suppose. If I don’t win, and you have some left, I hope you will sell one to me!
Oh I think I love the center one bottom photo the most…the yellow/white flower with the teal center. Maybe because it’s the only one of that print, it somehow jumps out and BAM! hits you right in the face…demanding to be seen! Loving the large print gold and white flower, but the center is just WOW!
I love the tomatoes on a stick and the green and blue puzzle piecy one. These are a great design!
I am working to get ready for a couple of craft shows, too, and whenever you do a post it inspires me to get back to work!!
Such a pretty Collage of color and I love the Green and blue one!!
The orange August Fields!!! Anything in orange is my thing right now…now, if only I had some money to put in it!
Tricia
i love the one made with Denyse Schmidt rose, red and maroon dots with the whimsical pink lining with red flowers and twigs, beautiful! $5 not enough for these lovely little pouches!
I like the green and aqua or the red/brown ones toward the bottom. They are all beautiful!
That orange Amy Butler one is the bomb! Mostly because I love the color, but also because of the way it lines up when closed. These look GREAT!
Cute, cute! I like the ones with sheep the best. They are all very cute really….hard to choose!
These are quite cute! And look pretty quick to sew up. I like the blue ones with the little sheep (?) on them. I love blue.
Oh, they are all lovely. I can’t pick a favourite so if I do win, I am happy with any of them.
Holy COW that’s a lot of comments!
I like the B&W ones with the bright insides (great contrast + surprise) and the coral (is that a chrysanthemum?) print as well.
Have a great weekend!
I love all the ones made with the cheater Denyse Schmidt quilt top. There is no way I could choose just one of those, I’d have to have someone choose for me or better yet buy all three.
I agree with, um, everyone! I want them ALL. But, I have fallen in love with those adorable sheep. They are just too cute.
pink and red because they remind me of the love child of a hawaiian holiday and a Moroccan paradise and candy yum
Love the orange one in the top left corner! Those are adorable… definitely worth more than $5.
Gosh, they’re all so flippin’ cute! I most adore the Mocca flowers one (bottom right, above the peachy one, lower pic).
LOL. 122nd commenter. Hard to pick a favorite, toss-up between the peach and turquoise dandelion floral w/ turquoise inside (the placement of dandelion heads is fabulous); the orange and gray floral w/ small orange dots inside just love the combo and the flowers which remind me of poppies); and the turquoise & blue curvy fabric w/ hexagon turquoise insides. I love the black & white exterior fabric and the interior fabric w/ the pink & blue floral (looks like a stylized thistle to me).
I like the one covered in dots that has the white background. Good luck tomorrow!
I love the little blue kawaii print and wish I could see it better, haha, it looks ADORABLE!
And, I bet your snaps will hold up, I used almost identical ones for over a year until I bought my snap press and they were totally fine
Can’t wait to hear about your show!!!
I love the turquoise, blue and green one towards the top of the pictures. Mainly because when it is closed it has a super fun little pattern!
My fave is the black and white (with the orange floral lining)….truly stunning and just sentimental combo for me. My 1st formal dress for my a high school formal was black satin on top with a black and white polka dot balloon skirt. I LOVED THAT DRESS! It’s the only dress other than my wedding dress that I held on to. Funny how certain colors, scents, and sounds can take you back in time.
Thanks for sharing your creations and your creativity with all of us! Your blog is my “happy place” on the web. Many blessings!
Such eye candy! All the colors & prints are great…but I’m really drawn to the red & pink print ones. I love how it has that pop of turquoise when you open it! Wishing you a fun & successful weekend…
Good luck tomorrow! I’m sure you will do great at the show. I love the orange one that is in the top left in the first pic and bottom right in the second. I’m not usually an orange person, but I just love that print with the gray and white motif. Plus the inside dot fabric is fantastic.
ohhhhhhhhhh….to hard….maybe the peach with the teal. but they are all really cute!
I’ll be interested to hear what you do sell then for…I can only get $5 for mine at a xmas art center fair.
I love the blue and green one in the top center of the top picture. These are so cute!
I like the orange one. I have an orange “thang” goin’ on lately ~so mostly that is why; it’s hard to pick just one, they are all so great! Nice work!
I love the pink ones. I am really into pink these days so that’s probably why — but I also LOVE the fabric on the inside of them. I also am a fan of the black and white ones…good for you for getting them all ready for your show — best of luck and hope you sell lots of stuff! =)
I really love the Alexander Henry Mocha one. I love baby blue and red together and I’m a sucker for floral fabric.
By the way, I’ve been lurker at your blog for a while and just started ordering from your shop. I’m amazed at how quickly my fabric arrives!! Thank you!
In the last photo, the one next to the red ones, I’m guessing it’s Denyse Schmidt cheater print
And it is lined with pink. That is my favourite…. But they are all so cute! How much will you sell these for?
And………..good luck!
Oh the sheep! I want that one baaaaadly! Hee hee! And yeah, $5 is too cheap! I paid $8 for one on Etsy, and I love it, but I would have paid $10!
My favorite is the big print on black (just looks wonderful) AND the sheepy japanese print as I just love sheep, wool, yarn and warm in the winter time
Eve
My favorite: The blue(stripe at the left)-red-black-white print and pink-white-black-yellow insdie. Blue and red are not my colors, but as you say, the random pattern it takes when closed is beautiful. You work unbelievably secure! How long did it take you to make all these?
I love the red with pinkish dots and on the inside is the pink flowers…. The color contrasts make it all pop!
Those are great! I love the very top right one in the first photo– the red with the tesselating blue circles inside. You’ve been so busy! Good luck today!
I like the orange “seed pod” one - seed pods remind me of fall & fall just might be my favorite season. I love the warm colors…
I love them all! But black and white is my fave, if I have to choose one.
They are all just beautiful! A favorite ‘one’–are you kidding me? I guess I would have to say the orange with the gray shapes that look a little like balloons or flowers. It is such a happy print with a gorgeous mate inside. Hope the craft fair is very successful for you!
I like the black and white in the lower left corner of the bottom picture. Im very fond of B&W but the splash of pink really makes it glow. Of course, there isn’t one that I DON’T like.
I love the green and blue one- The colors are just great. I hope you do excellent at the craft fair tomorrow!
I like the green one as green is my favorite color. Have fun at the craft fair!
The one that jumps out for me is the orange w/the aqua raindrops with stems. Next is the white and gold w/tourquoise flower that shows when it’s closed. Gosh, I love them all. Good luck at the show. I’d be happen to win anyone of them.
I love the red/deco floral one in the lower right of the 2nd picture! thank you very much…..
The blue ones caught my eye right away, not sure why. I think I’m mostly intrigued by what the fabric looks like close up, but also because I really like the contrast between the outside and the small red polka dots on the inside.
The black and white with that pop of color on the inside!
And, do not sell them for $5!!
I love the peach one with the aqua flowers. But to tell you the truth, they are all gorgeous that you can’t go wrong with any of them.
The black and white ones, because they are so classy and its fun to open them and see something different inside
They are all lovely! Have a great time at your craft fair, I can’t wait to read the report and find out how you did!
That is a LOT of sewing Kathy!! These are wonderful…and so far all the fun fabrics. I like I like those with the big red swirling pattern–looks like there’s some white and/or pink within the pattern too. Why—I love all the red, simple as that! $5…oh, my…that’s giving away! I’m an Etsy seller myself…but you can’t trust Etsy all the time–LOL! ;o) You’ve not fallen off a ladder…have you?! Take care! Happy weekend to you & yours. :o)
Love the green and turquoise graphic print. I have a thing for green, and the perfect diaper bag to pair it with. These are too adorable for words!
The patchwork promenade…b/c I am completely loving that fabric right now. Hoping you are going to get more in of it. I went to buy it and it was gone! Good luck this weekend at the sale!
I love the sheep. Maybe it is because I hear my three year old daughter singing Old McDonald all day.
Baa, baa, baa here…
Baa, baa, there…:0p
Good luck and have fun at the craft show!! Your work, as per usual is divine. I love the wallet with the yellow bit on the front (maybe Sketchbook Ivory~Drawing Room fabric?), it just seems to pop and looks very abstract to me. You did an amazing job with all of them. Wishing you a fantastic weekend!
These are all dropdead gorgeous. My eye went immediately to the black and white one but when prompted to make a choice - well I had a really tough time. You need to charge more than $5. I just went to a Holiday Bazaar at my son’s school - we live in Idaho and prices are fairly low there compared to the Seattle area - a couple of women who also have etsy shops priced their (relatively) comparable items higher than that. Good luck!
SO cute — I just discovered your blog and shop. I love the little japanes prints near the top left (around 10:00 if it were a clock, lol). Good luck at the craft show!
my favorite is in the top photo, on the top left. its red with a grey-ish print on it. looks like balloons! and i always love a chance to talk about or think about balloons!
Darling! I love the red and brown/dark red dots. But the best thing about all of them is the contrast when you open the flap. Very fun. ($5! That is madness.)
The entire group is fabulous! It is hard to say which is my favorite, but I am leaning toward the orange floral one with the aqua and green print inside. And I agree $5 is madness for all that work! Happy Selling!
I love the one with kind of an orange-y yellow and white. Sort of looks like pebbles from here. And there’s some blue in it too. Nice work. I can’t imagine the time you spent on these!
Soooo… cute! My favorite is the August Fields Coreopsis pattern. These are gonna be a big hit at the show! Good-luck!
I love them all but the blue one’s are my favorite.
the county fair ones are too cute! i love the drawig room randomnes as well
I’ve missed seeing you at Out of the Box, but understand how life can be a little crazy. Hopefully I will be able to sneak away and make it to the show this weekend.
Particularly love the one with the poppies on it but they are all seriously lovely. My youngest daughter is named after this beautiful flower and I always think of her when I see them.
I just love the solo black/white/pink floral tucked in admidst the rest.
I like the orange and blue one in the bottom right of the bottom photo. They look like a cross between flowers and balloons and that makes me happy.
I really love the black and white ones- they pop out at you!
I like the pale green one to the left of the B&W ones. The scale of the pattern works well.
I love the red one, bottom right (”closed” photo). I’ve always been a purple/green girl, but red has taken my fancy of late. Luscious, warm, sultry reds are particularly appealing today, since we woke up to 2 feet of snow outside. Brrrr! But, really, these little beauties are like potato chips—you can’t eat just one!—hugs!
They are all so beautiful! I love the colors in the one on the top left in the second picture.
