A birthday gift for one of Caitlin’s 14 year old friends. I love how they out grow stuffed animals and then two years later think Japanese cute toys are the coolest thing ever. Yay for the small things in life. Panda Bug is from Fun Dolls by Aranzi Aronzo.
Now down to business. I need two more testers that can test the pencil roll pattern in the next 3 days (must be completed by Wednesday). No pattern pieces to mail so you can live anywhere in the world. Send an e-mail to kathy (at) pinkchalkstudio (dot) com, let me know your experience level. I’d actually prefer at least one newbie since I have some more experienced sewists already going. Also, let me know if you’ve made a pencil roll from previously published instructions. Thank You to everyone that responded, I’ll get a response back to each of you!
You can see images of past versions of the pencil roll on Flickr. The instructions have been tested before but there are some new twists to the design plus all the things that go into a published pattern like illustrations and cutting layouts.
Thank you!

Love the panda bag – it’s darling! Sending you an email.
Love that bug! I would love to test for you, but think I may be a bit too busy. . . will you ever ask again? I’m not a newbie either
I would love to test for you if you need another person. The panda bug is cute.
I would love to test this pattern i am a relative newbie but i don’t have time this time around (school and all), will you be asking in the future?
That is so cute!
I would love to help out if you still need someone!
Panda bug…cutest thing ever. :p
