I love American Idol, too! Especially when it gets to this point. The sad thing is, I have been singing the Eight Days a Week country version for the past 24 hours…what is wrong with that???? Supremely annoying, yet satisfying at the same time.

That quilt you made for Xin is wonderful. The colors are so bright and fun. I am sure she will always cherish it. Speaking of “thank yous,” Kathy, I got the loveliest, chubby little package in my mailbox this afternoon. I was smiling when I saw the bright colors and fun patterns, and absolutely giddy when I saw the windmills. I said to my husband, “Oh, she really shouldn’t have done that!” And he said with one eyebrow raised, “Yeah, she really shouldn’t have. You have so much fabric already.” Humph! What does he know?
