Hi Kathy!
WOW!!! I LOVE this quilt. This one is so up my alley. You are just such a talented chickie! Pulling out an old project and finishing it is such a big deal. Good for you!

I like your version/picture better than the advertised one at Lonni's. These colors are fabulous. I'm interested in more about your creative out of the box group. I love that way of thinking, and I wonder how to start/join one.

Oh that's fabulous! I love the richness and depth of her fabrics and I love that patchwork pattern. I know the fabrics you've used, so I know it's even more interesting in person (which is only a compliment to the quilt - that's a great photo).

The colorway of ths quilt reminds me of the scarf you did for your MIL ... what are your plans for this one?

Laughed out loud about only-binding-left-to-do quilts ... poor Ems brought me the monkey quilt off her bed just yesterday and asked "Please finsish this Mommy". Yes, I admit it, my daughter was sleeping under an unfiinshed quilt. You are not alone! Thanks as usual for the inspiration to get moving.

It's gorgeous - I have a (ever-growing) collection of Lonni Rossi fabrics; perhaps if I had a kit, something might get made from some of them...

I just linked over to the post "Another One Bites the Dust" from September and saw that you were planning on posting a tutorial about machine binding, but I can't seem to find it on your site. Did you get a chance to do it, because I would love to see your method. I am facing the hand finishing of my first quilt and keep putting it off...

I just wanted to say thanks for your post on lighting, which seems forever ago. We got the supplies and the difference is amazing! My pics finally do some justice. That was so helpful. Photography is my weakest skill, but now I can't wait to play around with it. Thanks, again!
