Wow, that is impressive! My husband sells a lot of university press books on Ebay and does quite well. It always seems like a lot of work to me. He has encouraged me to try to cleanse my fabric stash the same way. I wonder if older quilter’s fabric from say, JoAnn’s would sell as well?

I’ve been selling fabric and wool fiber on ebay for just over six months now. Yes, it’s not always easy, but I am surrounded by bolts and bolts of the fabrics I love and I get to do it on my own terms. Ebay is a great place to shop if you know what you’re looking for. We ebay sellers often have our fabrics listed well below what you’ll find in a brick and mortar store. Plus, you can feel good about supporting a small business person….like me!

I’ve only bought fabric off e bay twice, due to the lack of any good fabric shops around here.. It’s not something i’m hugely fused on as I can never tell the quality of the fabric, unless it’s by a well known designer.

Great job! It is a lot of work and fabric selling seems to be especially fussy! I sold on eBay full-time for 3 years and burned out finally. How extra kind of you to share your tips while doing this.
