Nice People

The week I released Anna Banana was a little wild. In the excitement, I packaged and shipped all orders as the brand spanking new pattern. Oops. Oh yes, people are still ordering the Note Taker. Fortunately, the concept that I was selling multiple products came to me at the end of Day 2. I warned the customers effected that they’d first receive the wrong order gratis, then the right order.
Last week I received a thank you in the mail for the wrong order. I’ve never, EVER in my career had a customer give me a gift for making things right. Wow. I continue to be humbled by this world I’m fortunate to be a part of. Thank you Susan!

That’s the kind of mistake a customer can enjoy. Such a nice fun thank you gift.

You are not alone Kathy! That is TOTALLY something I would do!! Such things happen to busy businesswomen and Moms of all kinds. LOL!
That’s funny! I do remember things getting a little harder when I released pattern #2. And now, sometimes I feel like I just can’t keep it all straight.

This was really heartwarming to hear. I must say that since starting to blog I have been so impressed again and again about the generosity of crafting women.
