		<description>You asked about the 1/3 measurement of the window size for the curtains. I know the rule in fashion has always been a 1/3 to 2/3 proportion so why not for the window fashion as well? I often use that proportion in quilting too. It goes along with the odd number buttons on a garment and don&#039;t the Japanese have a 3 involved in flower arranging? Look out Martha Stewart! LOL</description>
