For Immediate Release - Note Taker Pattern

Wow, it feels so GREAT to be able to say that!

The pattern is available in my new shop. I’ve wanted to say that for a long time too. More product photos on Flickr.

Websites are a lot harder than they look. So are photo shoots, graphic design, Paypal buttons, mailing lists, printing and selling. I think it’s cool that an ordinary gal can do this. Technology equals freedom to pursue our dreams.

A HUGE hug and thank you to my testers. Honest, professional, thoughtful, generous, funny. Their feedback made the pattern better than I ever. Candy, Anina, Linda, Leslie and Sally. Not only can these girls sew, they sew really well, they write really well, and they know what they want from a pattern.

The journey to get here has been a bit more winding than planned. The kids learned to make their own toast and heat Annie Chun’s noodles in the microwave. No one is worse off for missing a few baths and wearing a pair of jeans twice. Mommy feels good about accomplishing something for herself. And, as we all know, when mommy’s happy the family’s happy.

It looks great, Kathy - the cover, the shop, everything! My machine is in the shop this week and I’ve been trying to “beef up” the patterns I already have. Lots of work! And a sore wrist from all the mousing! Congratulations. I’m glad it’s done.
