Very professional looking. I end up using either the bed or an ironing bord with mount card on it.

I tried using light like those but I started sweating like no other. Since I was doing smaller items (jewelry) I built a box myself and use a photo editor to brighten up my shots. If you want to see my home made contraption have a gander here http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/14021199/
I found try all your settings on your camera and figure out which gives the best shot and always turn off your flash (for jewelry shots)

How fun! I use foam board for backgrounds all the time too. My husband has all the studio toys in the world, but I'm always too lazy to set it all up so I just run around looking for the best light.
