I taught my Colored Pencil Roll class at Esther’s on Saturday. What a delight to have two local bloggers from Seattle in attendance.

Carrie and Liane actually braved the Ferry on a sunny Saturday morning to get to Bainbridge Island. My third student, Maren, rounded out the enthusiastic group. Esther’s class space is tight so we’re limited to 3 students which I decided isn’t such a bad thing. More time to interact one-on-one. There’s not much I like doing more than sewing so finding 3 like-minded souls made for a fun and energized class. I love teaching. I always take away more than I give. Saturday was no exception. Thanks ladies!

So do you think I could bring my sewing machine as carry on baggage and come visit you? I’d love to have you as a teacher.
Wow! The oldest fabric store in the state of Washington! I’ll have to hop on the ferry out there someday soon, maybe when you teach another class.
Oh, that looks like so much fun! I am from Seattle and it breaks my heart when I see lovely green pictures (I am in Tucson now (lovely in its own way)). We are making a trip home this summer and I can hardly wait!
sounds like this class was fun, again!
Lucky women….what fun to take the class with you instructing. If you need some more creative-working space….Come to Denver!!
Sounds like a fun class!
It sounds as though you all had a great time. I would love to take a class from you, but I don’t think hubby wants me to take that long of a commute. Lol.
Congrats on teaching your pencil roll class. Looks like you’re getting all set to teach your new patterns.
Oh how lucky are they to attend a class on pencil roll making…I’d love to do that.
